MDC Group Joint Stock Company is recruiting many .NET (C#) Programmers with in-depth experience in Blazor (Server & WebAssembly) to participate in building and optimizing high-performance web application systems. You will be responsible for developing both server-side architecture and interactive user interfaces, providing a smooth experience for the Group's strategic technology products.

Main Responsibilities
Application Development: Design, program, and deploy real-time web applications using Blazor Server and client-side applications using Blazor WebAssembly (WASM).
Backend Development: Develop secure and high-performance API systems (RESTful API, gRPC) on the .NET / .NET Core platform.
Interface Optimization: Design custom, reusable Components in Blazor; optimize page load speed and WebAssembly render performance.
Database Management: Design data structures, write optimized queries through Entity Framework Core with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL systems.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the UI/UX, BA, and DevOps teams to package, test, and deploy CI/CD, Docker applications...
Job Requirements
Education: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Professional Skills: Proficient in C# language and .NET Core / .NET 6+ platform.
Blazor Experience: Practical experience in deploying projects using Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly.
Front-end Skills: Understand HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and how to integrate UI libraries (MudBlazor, Radzen, Ant Design Blazor...) into projects.
Database: Proficient in Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and good database query optimization mindset.
Plus points: Knowledge of Clean Architecture, Microservices, SignalR or experience in deploying CI/CD on Docker/Kubernetes.
