On December 26, 2024, MDC Group Joint Stock Company commenced the project to construct specialized technical infrastructure for entertainment and multimedia for the Boss Building. The project features a large space with 5 floors, a floor area of 1,000m2, planned as a modern entertainment, multimedia communication, and digital event center.
The project demands strict requirements for technical infrastructure for transmitting and processing large data signals. MDC took the lead in designing and constructing a high-speed 10Gbps internal fiber optic network infrastructure, a zero-latency AV over IP audio-visual transmission system, and a priority power infrastructure with a UPS system and large-capacity backup generators. Additionally, MDC deployed a smart building energy management system, a centrally controlled artistic lighting system, and a security surveillance infrastructure integrated with microwave sensors.
By applying its capabilities in synchronous basic infrastructure construction and strict technical management, MDC helped the Boss Building optimize its 5,000m2 space, ready to meet the peak operational load of high-power multimedia presentation equipment.
