Established in June 2006, VLVN Company - the predecessor of MDC Group - focused on R&D activities in the field of system software and telecommunications, asserting its position with many outstanding achievements. 2015 marked a major turning point when the enterprise transformed its model into a group structure, officially establishing MDC Group Joint Stock Company and opening up an era of comprehensive development. Below are some notable milestones:

(August 9, 2006) Launched mobile ringtone and image entertainment system on 20 TV stations

VLVN built a mobile content entertainment platform, providing ringtone, wallpaper, and new-generation telecommunications utilities. Just two months after its establishment, this event marked an important initial step, bringing the enterprise into the digital content market and value-added services (VAS) on mobile networks.

The system developed by VLVN was directly integrated and broadcast on more than 20 large and small TV stations nationwide, allowing TV viewers to interact directly via SMS messages to download entertainment content to mobile devices. The Affix Dictionary Center applies algorithms for analyzing word morphology and affix structure, supporting intelligent and accurate learning, research, and lookup of specialized terms. The event attracted the attention of numerous lecturers, experts, and students in the IT industry, affirming VLVN's in-depth technology research orientation and strengthening the cooperative relationship between the enterprise and leading technology training environments.

At the beginning of the 2011-2012 academic year, VLVN officially completed the deployment and handover of the multi-level education management system for several private schools in Hanoi. The software solution was built to address the challenge of centralized data management for non-public educational institutions operating a multi-level model with multiple branch facilities.

In terms of technical architecture, the system was developed on a Web-based application platform running on a centralized server, using a relational database management system capable of parallel operation. Putting the system into operation helped schools standardize all administrative processes, eliminate manual management with scattered records, ensure data integrity, and optimize operating costs before the start of the new academic year.
