To meet the strict requirements for data management and financial legal compliance of FDI enterprises, MDC Group Joint Stock Company has completed the deployment of an internal management information system and integrated e-invoices for Japanese enterprises operating in industrial parks in Hai Duong province. The project is built on the proprietary big data management system kernel MDC mPortal, which acts as the central processing platform for all financial transaction data and business operations. Enterprises in industrial parks such as Kuroda Kagaku have been using MDC's system for 10 years with high efficiency.

Technically, the MDC mPortal system provides flexible customization of invoice form structures, multi-level electronic signing approval processes, and data synchronization according to international corporate accounting standards. The platform supports high-speed data export and printing, simultaneously processing thousands of invoice issuance tasks in real-time without affecting the performance of the factory's existing ERP system. The multi-user database architecture is optimally designed on the MSSQL management system, ensuring independent encapsulation and absolute security of business data between independent units.

The implementation of the solution helps Japanese businesses in Hai Duong reduce manual invoice processing time by 80%, minimize the risk of errors in tax declarations, and establish a secure electronic data storage process, fully meeting the current legal regulations of management agencies in Vietnam.
