On May 13, 2026, MDC Group Joint Stock Company commenced the construction of synchronous technical infrastructure for the Hoa Binh Plaza project. The building is designed as a smart and high-class building, serving as a modern commercial - service - office complex in the area.
In this project, MDC Group takes on the role of general contractor for the entire basic infrastructure system and ELV infrastructure. Construction items include: Dynamic power grid and energy-saving LED lighting system; broadband structured network cabling system serving high-speed Internet connection for office blocks; automatic access control system combined with smart elevators; multi-angle scanning IP camera security surveillance infrastructure and automatic fire alarm and suppression system meeting national standards. The entire infrastructure is modularly designed, allowing flexible division of floor space according to business needs.
