To accelerate administrative modernization and optimize the process of receiving and handling procedures for citizens, MDC Group Joint Stock Company was selected to build and deliver a specialized administrative reform software system for the Police force of 6 provinces and cities nationwide (phase 1). The project thoroughly solves the problem of large document volumes and maximally shortens the time for public service processing.
The technological core of the project is the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions directly to administrative document processing. The system can automatically classify incoming documents and official dispatches, recognize, and accurately extract information. Based on this, the system automatically coordinates dossiers to the correct specialized officers according to an optimized workflow, minimizing unnecessary intermediate steps.
In addition, automatic progress control algorithms detect bottlenecks in the workflow and send real-time alerts to management. The successful deployment of AI-applied administrative reform software in Phu Tho, Yen Bai, and Kien Giang... has helped shorten administrative procedure processing time by over 50% and reduce manual errors.
