On July 26, 2016, MDC Group Joint Stock Company and Global Mobile Telecommunication Joint Stock Company (Gmobile) cooperated to launch the product "G-EDU Education Information System". This is a comprehensive technology software solution, specifically designed to meet the strict management, training, and security standards exclusively for universities, colleges, and vocational schools under the Security sector.
The project was implemented to strictly follow the direction of the Ministry of Public Security's leadership in Official Letter No. 17/BCA-GTEL dated January 6, 2015, regarding "Supporting the mobile telecommunications network of the Public Security sector". Towards the 2016 - 2017 academic year, the G-EDU system developed by both parties is deeply integrated with Gmobile's preferential telecommunications package S198 (a package exclusively for public security officers and soldiers). The combination of MDC's management software infrastructure and Gmobile's telecommunications infrastructure provides a modern training management solution, helping schools optimize operational processes, monitor learning, and maintain a safe and absolutely secure internal communication channel.
The G-EDU education information system has been deployed by Gmobile to key training institutions in the sector, including: People's Security Academy, People's Police Academy, People's Public Security Political Academy, University of Engineering - Logistics, People's Security University, People's Police College I, and University of Fire Fighting and Prevention.
The success in building and handing over the G-EDU system not only affirms MDC's reputation and superior technological capabilities in the field of specialized software solutions requiring high security, but also contributes significantly to the modernization and digital transformation of education and training management in the People's Public Security force.
