On March 22, 2017, MDC Group completed the acceptance and official operation of the E-portal system and Executive Document Management Software for the Department of Information Technology under the General Department of Logistics and Technology - Ministry of Public Security. This is a core software infrastructure project, playing a central role in information operation and public document management, serving the leadership work within the force.
The heart of the system uses the big data software kernel MDC mPortal - an exclusive technology platform researched and developed by MDC. MDC mPortal possesses a highly available distributed architecture, strictly complying with information security standards. The system integrates an intelligent workflow management engine, allowing flexible configuration of complex multi-level document approval processes, supporting revision tracking, and integrating a specialized digital signature module.
