The bidding package undertaken by MDC includes all technical design, basic construction, and installation of core infrastructure systems: Power and energy-saving lighting systems, high-capacity structured cabling and LAN/Wi-Fi computer networks, multi-channel IP camera security surveillance systems, automatic access control, and standard fire protection infrastructure. The entire construction plan is optimized for an 8-story x 200m2 architectural scale, ensuring high aesthetics, long-term operational durability, and the ability to expand and integrate smart hotel management solutions in the future.
