The system is developed on the MDC mPortal platform, allowing for the unification and retrieval of intelligent contextual data for real-time combat command. The system automatically collects and processes multi-source data streams from automatic fire alarm sensors, emergency calls to 114, GIS spatial digital map systems, and technical infrastructure databases including water supply points, chemical warehouses, and transportation routes. When an incident occurs… The system instantly analyzes and retrieves optimal combat plans, building floor plans, and a list of the nearest rescue forces and vehicles.

The system architecture ensures two-way inter-connectivity between the Ministry of Public Security's Command Center and 63 localities through a secure dedicated data transmission infrastructure. All statistical reports on fire and explosion situations, cause analysis, and incident risk forecasting are fully automated. The solution helps improve emergency response speed, supports commanders in making accurate decisions, and minimizes human and property damage nationwide.
