The system provides multi-channel operational management through an identified messaging infrastructure and smart messages integrated on the Viedu.NET platform. With flexible customization capabilities, the solution allows the Hanoi Department of Education & Training to send urgent directives, meeting schedules, operational documents, and task assignments to thousands of officials, managers, principals, and teachers across the city in just a few seconds. The system ensures high reliability with a message delivery success rate of over 99.8%, data security according to industry standards, and integrates a real-time reception status reporting tool.
The introduction of the customizable MDC Viedu.NET operating system has helped the Hanoi Department of Education & Training minimize administrative processing time, reduce traditional document printing costs, and enhance proactive management.
